Climate Change and Energy: Impact, Forecasts and Consequences

Annotation. The article presents a brief overview of the discussion of leading Russian scientists about the situation around global climate changes. Various approaches to the assessment of the generally accepted theory of climate change, linking them mainly with the anthropogenic (technogenic) activity of industrial civilization, are presented. Various factors responsible for the current climate change, forecasting problems and the consequences of climate changes are considered, taking into account the contribution of the developing energy industry.
