From a legal point of view, the article addresses the legal regulationof the green certification system in Ukraine as a basis for renewable energy enterprises to receive state support for their activities on the market.

The authors expose their understandings on the cycle of human civi-lization on the base of synthesis of multi-year researches in different fields from anthropology to the modern philosophy and mathematics.
