The relationship between the cyclical economy model and national projects

Abstract. The article shows the relationship between the National Projects of Russia until 2024 and such an economy model as the “Cyclical Economy”. The ideological orientation and financial support of national projects is indicated. The model of “Cyclical Economics” is also considered from methodological, conceptual and theoretical points of view.
