“Green” certificates as a legal basis for obtaining state assistance by Russian RES enterprises

Abstract. The article discusses the system of “green” certification as a tool for selecting state-owned renewable energy enterprises to provide them with state assistance, as well as taking into account the number of such enterprises and the amount of renewable energy produced by them.
