Legislative problems of the “Degree of localization” for renewable energy power plants

Abstract. The article discusses legal problems of state mechanism of determination of “extent of localization” of the generating equipment on energy production on the basis of renewable sources in quality of one of obstacles for obtaining by the enterprises the status of the qualified producer of energy based on renewable sources.
